Boys & there Toys!

What is it with boys and having there hands in there pants...I just don't get it, but then again, I don't have the same plumbing as they do. I am constantly telling Mathew & Justin to get there hands out of there pants. Lately Justin will hold onto his, he tells me it so he doesn't pee in his pants...well if you have to pee, then go to the bathroom. Also with Justin he needs to wipe his pee off, ok fine, whatever, but the boy literally pulls it to the point that I think he is going to pull it right off. So as the only female in this family, I guess this is something I will be forever dealing with!!
